Terms & Conditions

By purchasing Website Advertising Space/Directory Listing on the Colorado Sports Organization, LLC website, domain name colosports.org, Buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Website Advertisement Placement
The Colorado Sports Organization, LLC is currently operating under a simplified ROS (run of site) system. What this means for you is your ad will be displayed only within specific pages that you purchase. Space is shared by all businesses that have purchased advertising on a page and ads will rotate with every page visit. At the time of purchase, your business will have the opportunity to choose which pages to advertise on.

In order to keep monthly impressions as high as possible, we have set a limit to 3 advertisers per shared space (i.e. If you purchase a half banner ad, your ad will rotate with only 2 other businesses on that page). Also, in order to maintain a clean and aesthetically pleasing site for our consumers, we have set a limit to 5 ads per page. Unique non-shared placement is available upon request at a 20% surcharge, and is available on a first come, first serve basis.

The Colorado Sports Organization agrees to provide Website Advertising for the agreed upon time set forth in each individual contract. Placement of the ad will be set forth in the Colorado Sports Organization Website Advertising Contract, a mutual agreement concerning placement, and duration of said advertisement(s). The Website Advertisement will be added to the Colorado Sports Organization website within 5 business days after payment is received and processed by the Colorado Sports Organization.

2. Sports Guide Directory Listing
All Sports Guide Directory Listings are purchased through our monthly membership/active partnership dues. Once a membership/active partnership package is purchased, the buyer then provides the Colorado Sports Organization with agreed upon entity description, logo and entity name for the sole purpose of its use in the Colorado Sports Organization Online Sports Guide. The Colorado Sports Organization agrees to provide this Directory Listing for the agreed upon time set forth in each individual contract. The Directory Listing will be added to the online directory within 5 business days after payment is received and processed by the Colorado Sports Organization.

3. Copyright and Trademark Information.
(a) By submitting to Colorado Sports Organization, LLC any website layouts (“Content”), you warrant and represent that you own all rights, including but not limited to all U.S. copyright rights, in and to the Content. You grant to Colorado Sports Organization, LLC the worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub licensable right and license to reproduce and prepare derivative works of the Content for the purpose of promoting and making the Content available on the Site. To the extent that you do not own all rights in and to the Content or that Colorado Sports Organization, LLC’s use of any of the Content as permitted under these terms infringes or otherwise violates the rights of any third party, you agree to indemnify and hold Colorado Sports Organization, LLC harmless from any claims or demands, including attorneys’ fees and costs, incurred by Colorado Sports Organization, LLC with respect thereto.

(b) All content on the site other than Content provided by third parties is either owned, licensed, or sub licensed by Colorado Sports Organization, LLC and may not be reproduced or used in any manner without the express written permission of Colorado Sports Organization, LLC.
