• February 9th, 2012 - CSO Meet & Greet - Will be held at 5280 Sport & Fitness in Littleton. 6-9pm. Event invitations will be sent out shortly! Yoga, Sports Performance, Injury Prevention? Yes, they all go together! Come down to 5280 Sports & Fitness in Highlands Ranch to see how. Enjoy an evening of networking, knowledge and new people! Hosted by the Colorado Sports Organization and 5280 Sports & Fitness.

• February 13th, 2012 - CSO Seminar "The Science of an Athlete" - Will be held at the new Colorado Center For Health & Wellness. Time TBA. Event invitations will be sent out shortly, RSVP as soon as possible as there is limited seating for this event! This CSO 2012 seminar series will be hosted in partnership with the Colorado Center For Health & Wellness. Topics to include overtraining, injury prevention, sports nutrition, and the scientific approach to training.

• February 23rd, 2012 - The CSO Sports Performance and Fitness Showcase Series - Next Event will be held at American Top Team Altitude Gym in Aurora. 5-9 pm. Event invitations will be sent out shortly! This co-hosted with the Colorado Governor's Council For Physical Fitness, these 4 events through 2012 showcase some of the best facilities in Colorado. The event brings together sports, fitness and health & wellness professionals from around Colorado for food, fun and some great demonstrations. These events are a huge networking opportunity!

Here are a few things to look forward to...

• The Community Walk & My Sports My Fitness Expos - A set of community events hosted by the Colorado Sports Organization and Fit4Colorado, CBS Channel 4. These events will be hosted at locations throughout the Denver Metro and surrounding areas. These events will be aimed at bringing local communities together to learn about health & wellness while developing awareness of sports, fitness and health & wellness opportunities in their immediate community.

• More CSO Socials and Meet & Greets! - These events create a platform for CSO members, partners and sponsors to socialize and develop new relationships with likeminded individuals from around Colorado. Plus we hold them at members facilities so they are a great opportunity to check out
  new sports and fitness venues around Colorado. With hubs in Broomfield, Downtown Denver and Highlands Ranch, there is always an opportunity for our members to network and be successful.
